Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to all of us at ToyMom's Attic. If you are unsatisfied with any item you order, for any reason, you may return it. As long as the item is returned to us in the condition in which it was received (packages unopened and undamaged), you will have 7 days (from the date of delivery) to inspect and return the item to us.

To return an item, please contact us at Returns@ToymomsAttic.com. We will respond, typically within 1-2 business days, with instructions for an exchange or return.

When you return the item, please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with the item so we can process your return/ exchange properly.

Once we receive your returned item we will process your refund or send you the replacement item within 1-2 business days, as follows:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Item Returns

    We do our best to get your order right. However, on occasion, mistakes do happen. If we have sent you the incorrect item (one that was not on your order) or an item was damaged, we will refund your payment or replace it at our expense. You will not be responsible for the cost of shipping.

  • Other Returns

    If you want to return an item because you've changed your mind about an item, or for any other reason, you have 7 days to return it to us. Upon receipt of your item we will refund the purchase price of your item less shipping via your original payment method, usually within 1-2 business days.

Except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, shipping and return shipping is non-refundable. If you return an item for a refund, your refund will be for the amount of the purchase price, only. Please note, in the event that your actual shipping costs exceed the amount you were charged for shipping, you will be charged the balance of the cost of your shipment.

Exchanges or Store Credit

At present, we are unable to offer an open exchange or 'store credit'. Unless you are returning the item for a direct replacement, you will be issued a refund. If you want a different item, you can simply place another order.
