Everyone's favorite primeval pal is rearing back on his modern-stone-age chopper. Chopper pivots on back wheel, standing 5-inches tall in highest wheel position. Front and rear wheels move and tortoise shell hat hangs from bike's backrest. Fred is articulated at the shoulders and can be removed from the bike. Engine cap comes off to reveal a tiny reptilian powered treadmill.
